楽しかった?

July 17th, 2006 by eugeneintheworld

July 13th, 2006 by eugeneintheworld

FINDING A JOB in Japan

July 10th, 2006 by eugeneintheworld

Finding a part-time job in japan can be easy and hard at the same time. It will be good for our future. Even i said so,  believed that i will explain about finding a job and working in Japan.
First of all, i want to explain about the condition in Japan.if you want to fnd a job in japan, u need to gather as many as possible of job magazines from convinient outlet. In Japan, these mags are free, but please beware as if You collected too many, you will have problem trying to get rid of the magazines. Beware that there is a rubbish dissociation system, so you will face problem how to get rid of the rubbish. If u are staying in a town area outside Kanto area,  the best mag i recommend is the `Townwork` magazine.  But anyway i got my job from the internet, but u will have to know what the telephone operator is talking about, beware that they only speak japanese and seriously it is very fast….i cannot even catch what were they saying. well, i asked for a job in a sushi bar. Although the shop was not built completely, but they are recruiting about 80 members of staff. So i believed that this is a good chance and it is proud to get myself involve in a new shop. Wow, i went to the interview room, and just answered some questions and i was given the job. I was relief. But, shckingly i was told please come to the training class this saturday. Iw as shcked a training class??? OH my god am i dreaming? I am just aprt-timer and i need to go for a class???Well, guess this is what the japs do, i am awared that i am in overseas and of cpurse i neeed to obey all the rules and their way of doing things…..Well this is my head start, i will have to ganbatte!!!!
In MAlaysia, we take the matter walk in interview, here in japan no way, call first and make a meeting. well here we have to spend those telephone calls…
Well, that is alll about a finding jbs in japan, i will continue with other topic!!! NEXT TIME….

New Com and i paid it with my money

June 27th, 2006 by eugeneintheworld

Well, i guess this is life when u are living and study abroad.  It has been a time since my last post about my recent blog. Since those days, many things have happened after that.

Things have changed after that, i finally bought my new com, by my salary. Well, i worked as a kitchen assistant at a korean restaurant in Shinjuku. i worked almost everyday until i can be dead in some time. You see, guys, my visa is actually astudent visa, so i could only worked for 4 hours a day or not above 32 hours in a week. But, in short yup i broke the rules. Neither did i told my school about my job details nor i told them that i have been working by breaking the rules. Anyway, i resigned a month later, so i believe that is the best for me. Anyway my hand has turned
worst, the skin has been changing and torn and watever, a long it has spoilt my hands. i better resign for the best, my body is more important.

I earned some money from this job, then after that, i tried my best to buy a new com since i will need this com for my future studies and job. Of course, i will have to buy t with my own money. I have vowed not to use my parents money or spend the money for entertainment. well i have did my best i have wat i wanted now. It is hp compaq nx4820. it cost me 120,000yen…it is indeed a great com. i am satisfied with it…

Daimon and Tokyo Tower

——————————————————Well, I went to the see the Tokyo Tower. I went there alone. I went there in the night. As i have heard from the people that the tower has the most beautiful sight in the night. Indeed, it is true. It is one of the most beautiful tower i have seen in the night.

After arriving from the station, I begin my road to the Tokyo tower. I arrived about 5.00pm. However, the weather that day is awfully strange, there is no cloud around there. So, i will have to `accept` or `feel` the great, bright sunlight. But, the weather is cold. In Malaysia, the sun is the greatest enemy of the people. If there is sun, then you are `fired` in the body life.

On the road to Tokyo tower, I crossed a temple. The background of the temple looked a bit alike as the Tianmen Temple in China.  However i mean the size of the great gate. Do not worry, they do not have any idol hanging in front the door. It is just a big door as big as what i mean. The temple`s area is huge. As far as i can see i can see a few temple around the area. But it is just a monument, not a temple. But with the Tokyo tower at its back it has indeed showed that the country still showed that they have suceeded in protecting its civilisation. The interesting part is the little stone sculptures from what i have shown on top. They decorated the sculptures with the wind paper. It is beautiful.

After that i get my way into Tokyo Tower. As i went there during the golden week, it is obviously packed with visitors. So, I am not that dumb to join the line. So, i just walk inside and look around what is inside. And, i found some samurai swords which were sold around ¥3000-5000. I am not buying it because i do not have money and i do not have place to put in my room. Also, if i took into the densha, i will be caught for bringing weapons….

The tower in the night is a great view especailly if i see from the top. The lights, view, tower architecture and magnificient tower neon lights….IT IS BEAUTIFUL!!!!!THESE IS ALL MY WORDS!!!!

—————————————————————————————————————————————-

Well this is my dorm`s room in saitama. I will be probably staying here for the year unless i get to find a new dorm, a cheaper dorm. I am sharing this room with a malaysian. Currently only both of us are sharing this room. But that is enough, because we now had trouble now. You see, since we bought our 2nd hand television, guests has been entering our house frequently, or should i say, every night. So, in order to have a good environment to study, i went to the computer room and study instead just in case i will be destracted. Thank god. But anyway, my room size is 8/1/2 of tadami. This is the way the japs measures their size of the room. the more tadami the bigger the room. The room can be divided into three parts that is the kitchen,  bedroom and living room. The living room is just a simple area. The kitchen? everything is there. The oven, fridges and other accesories are available. The bedroom? ahh, This is simple. THere is the 2 twin level bed or whatever u can called it. the bed is nice but iam starting to hate the quilts already…..Washing the clothes? go downstairs outside the computer room there are 3 machines there. HAHAHAHA!!!

That is my dorm.
